  • What dates are available for my event at White Oak Farm?
    Our books for 2025 are now open! A complete list of dates are sent out upon initially inquiring. We do still have the following available Saturdays in 2024 open for booking: June 22, 2024 June 29th, 2024 August 3rd, 2024 August 10th, 2024 August 17th 2024 Please reach out for our 2024 pricing and amenities!
  • Where are you located?
    Sitting outside Cincinnati, Ohio just north of Kings Island, we are conveniently located 5 minutes off I-71 in Morrow and only a short distance from Historic Lebanon. You can find out more here.
  • Do you offer accommodation at the farm?
    Although we do not offer over night accommodations here on the farm, we are happy to host single day event rentals for your wedding or event! We do also have a list of nearby hotels that can be found on our Recommended Vendors list. Please contact us for more information and to arrange a tour.
  • What is the maximum amount of guests permitted?
    We are happy to accommodate events up to 200 guests. We do have an additional chair rental fee of $12.00 per person for final guest counts exceeding 150 people (151-200 guests).
  • Do you provide catering?
    We do not provide catering services through our venue, however we do have a great list of recommended local catering companies and chefs we love working with! Please see our list of Recommended Local Vendors. You are not beholden to our list of caterers (you can bring in whomever you'd like), we just ask that they are properly licensed and insured. ***We do not charge any catering/ vendors fees***
  • Is there parking on-site?
    Yes, we have onsite parking as well as parking attendants to assist and golf carts available for guests with mobility issues.
  • What is the cost of hiring your farm for an event?
    Although final pricing will vary depending on factors such as your final guest count and add on options, you can view our standard wedding package pricing which outlines the costs of hosting your special event at our farm. Our Saturday 2025 venue fee is $7500. We would love to meet you and suggest scheduling a visit to discuss your event and the options in greater detail!
  • When is the Rehearsal?
    Beginning in 2025, we will host all rehearsals on the Friday prior to your Saturday wedding. Rehearsals typically take about an hour and we do require that your coordinator be present for this. We also have flexibility opting for a rehearsal earlier in the week if a Monday- Thursday rehearsal works best for your schedule. Additionally, we do have an add on option to host your rehearsal dinner on site following your Friday evening rehearsal (pending availability). The cost is $350/ hour with a minimum of 4 hour rental. Please ask our staff members for more details during your tour!
  • What are your bartending packages?
    Our uniquely renovated Silo Bar provides an energetic and nostalgic place to treat your guests from! Here at the farm we have a couple different options for your bartending needs: You are welcome to hire out full bartending services through your caterer or private bartending service. Our second option is you can opt for our BYOB package where the bride and groom provide the alcoholic/ non alcoholic beverages and we provide 2 staff members who will serve your guests for a 5 hour reception. We also provide cups/ plastic barware, straws, ice, napkins. Our BYOB package is $750.00.
  • Do you allow pets?
    Yes! We are happy to have your pets join you for your special day. We just ask that they are kept close by and on a leash and that they are not allowed under the tent or in the buildings. If you are wanting to include your fur babies in your ceremony and for photos, usually we recommend delegating someone to be on animal duty and then they are taken back home after your ceremony so you can relax and enjoy the remainder of your event animal free.
  • Do you require a day of coordinator?
    We do require the hiring of a day of coordinator for your wedding. What we have learned over the past few years is just how valuable one is to your special day and the weeks leading up (we go into more detail on this at your tour). And if you are interested in full service planning beginning months in advance, they offer that option as well. We have a great list of recommended day of coordinators on our website that do a fantastic job, especially with outdoor venues!
