What dates are available for my event at White Oak Farm?


We are currently taking bookings for 2021 and 2022. You can see our available dates on our Availability Calendar.




Is there parking on-site?


Yes, we have an allocated area that can accommodate for your guests' parking as well as parking attendants to assist.




Where are you located?


Sitting outside Cincinnati, Ohio, we are conveniently located just off I-71 in Morrow and only a short distance from Historic Lebanon. You can find out more here.




Do you offer accommodation at the farm?


We are happy to host your bridal party, the bride and groom, or a small group of up to 8 people in our Cottage House. We also offer weekend wedding packages where you can rent the venue and Cottage House from Friday to Sunday and extend your celebration! Please contact us for more information and to arrange your stay.




What is the maximum amount of guests permitted?


We are happy to accommodate events with up to 150 guests.




Do you provide catering?


We are excited to be working with Vonderhaar's Catering and developing a menu option sourcing produce grown here on our farm. Contact us to ask about our Farm to Table catering option! We are also happy to provide recommendations of local catering companies and chefs we regularly work with - please see our list of Recommended Local Vendors.




What is the cost of hiring your farm for an event?


Although final pricing will vary depending on factors such as event date, number of people and duration, you can view our standard wedding package pricing. which outline the costs of hosting your special event at our farm. We are happy to work with you and your budget, and suggest scheduling a visit to discuss your event and the options in greater detail.




What are your bartending packages?


Here at the farm we are a BYOB venue- so you have a couple different options: You can hire out full bartending services and we have a refurbished silo for drink serving or you can bring your own alcohol and for an additional fee we have 1-2 staff members who will serve your guests. You are responsible for bringing your ice, glassware and beverages and we will provide a place to keep them cold and ready to serve.




When is the Rehearsal?


We host all rehearsals on the Thursday prior to your wedding. Rehearsals typically take about an hour and we have allotted the following times: Friday Weddings- Rehearse on Thursday at 5:30 pm; Saturdays Weddings- rehearse Thursday at 6:30 pm; Sunday weddings- rehearse Thursday at 7:30 pm. If you choose to go with our Weekend Wedding Package (Friday through Sunday), then we plan for your rehearsal to take place on Friday evening and you are welcome to host your rehearsal dinner here on the farm.




Do you allow pets?


Yes! We are happy to have your pets join you for your special day. We just ask that they are kept close by and on a leash.




Do you recommend having a Wedding Planner?


We highly recommend a wedding planner to assist in planning and executing your special day. We have a farm-specific wedding planner who knows our processes well and can help bring your wedding vision to fruition. Contact Melissa Schmidt at 513- 678-3434.
