  • For a beautiful outdoor ceremony, there are two waterfront spots to choose from furnished with a venue provided wooden arbor and white garden chairs: Maple Grove and Pinehaven.

  • Cocktail hour: your guests can enjoy beverages served from a renovated silo on the property. The silo has been remodeled to allow for professional beverage service during events.

  • As an outdoor venue, receptions are hosted under a furnished tent over a newly installed concrete pad. The tent is decorated with black Edison string lighting and a wagon wheel chandelier for a covered celebration surrounded by serene farmland.

The Cottage & The Lodge

Our renovated bridal cottage is dedicated to the wedding party on the day of the event.

 

  • Comfortably accommodates the bride and her bridesmaids. Decorated kindly with mirrors, plush chairs and a separate spacious sitting  room 

  • Equipped with heating & AC

  • Kitchenette and bathroom

Once a farmhands stay, a newly incorporated Lodge was added to our amenities this past year! It is a spacious  place where the groom and his guests can relax and prepare.

2025 Wedding Booking Season 

Included Amenities for up to 150 Guests (guest max 200):

  • 4,000 square foot tented reception site with concrete flooring, black string lighting & wagon wheel chandelier 

  • 40 x 100 High peak pole tent with weatherized options/ heat availability/ fans (all included)

  • Silo Beverage Area for drink service with cocktail tables

  • Floor length ivory or white linens

  • Round banquet tables, farmhouse tables and wooden crossback chairs for your reception

  • Vintage functional oil lamps for centerpieces and additionally included farm decor

  • Faux Italian ruscus greenery around chandelier is included and optional 

  • Luxury mobile restroom trailer maintained by our staff  

  • White Oak Staff to set up chairs and tables/ venue provided decor

  • 14 hours exclusive access to the farm with a complimentary additional 1 hour for clean up and event staff on site for the duration 

  • Dedicated cozy bridal cottage and rustic grooms suite to get ready in 

  • Onsite parking and parking attendants 

  • Two golf carts for guests with mobility issues and the bridal party during event 

  • Outdoor fire pit & management and yard games included 

  • 1 Hour access to venue for rehearsal week of your wedding

  • Complimentary access to the farm for your engagement photo session upon booking

Saturday  $7,500

Single Day Rental for up to 150 Guests (200 max*)

Friday evening rehearsal with add on option to host your rehearsal dinner on site!

Additional Venue Fees:

We do require that a Day of Coordinator is hired for your event

Refundable Security Deposit $500

One day event insurance policy- approximately $150-$300

White Oak Bartending Service (Optional)- $750 (bring your own alcohol)

$12.00 chair fee for a final guest count exceeding 150 guests (151-200 guest max)

We *do not* charge any vendor / catering fees
